Progress: Starting to Shape Up!

I feel a little strange announcing this, I'm excited though and wanted to share - I've lost 15 lbs so far on this journey! My main exercise is walking. I did do some strength training this week. I have been tracking my walking daily on a calendar and I've gotten a kick out of adding up how many miles I've walked for the week. I've also recently been keeping track of my steps with a pedometer.
I spotted my calves tonight in a mirror - they look good! Athletic!! Just the look I was going for!!
