Day 9 of cleanse. Eating out etc

Today I kearn about eating out, which will be fairly easy for me. I just do vegan food. I eat out rarely which is good. I have also realised that the less sugar I eat, the less hungry I am. I am learning so much from this 21 day wellness cleanse. I feel more balanced, centered. Today I hired a provate yoga instructor so I can get back into my yoga. I am psyched that she'll come to my house so when I am in repose, I can fall asleep and truly relax.
I also am loving the Spark Coach program. I love the accountability and being able to e-mail a coach. I love the daily videos. I am just a bubble of love these days :) What's gotten into me?
