End of the week

Ok first full week of tracking and checking out the site. Feel good about actually doing something about my weight instead of just wishing it away. No change in the scale but I am no taking that as a negative thing. I look at it as a very positive thing,(typically its up each week). So now the real work begins, printed out the shopping list for my plan and a bunch of new meal ideas, measured myself(very scary) and going to be starting an exercise plan. Nothing crazy, just getting moving and walking.
