So, the Triple P plan is still in effect. We have had to tweak the calories down (1350) because I just wasn't losing on the higher amount (1500/1400). What a difference 50 calories a day can make! But starting at the higher calories taught me to not be so "bingey" so now the lower calories are much easier. The reward system has REALLY helped also. Who knew a Wii exercise game or some new tea could be such insentive? Hopefully, I am not excited to soon as this is the first week of loss on the lower calories. Fingers crossed!
