Food and Mood

I just demostrated to myself how food effects my mood. When I started this diet I noticed how my energy and overall feelings and mood increased. I loved feeling so positive and good. Recently, through stress at work, a family reunion and a busy schedule of eating fast and unhealthy, I noticed my mood shift. Now, I'm sure some of it was just plain stress but I noticed that inner feeling of optimism was gone and I missed it. Now, after getting back on track for four days, its back! I feel much better. My optimism is back and I feel ready to push harder toward my goal! It really does matter what you put inside you! This gives me even more motivation to stay away from the unhealthy stuff! If you listen to your body it really does know what is wants!
