I want to throw away her bag of chips!

I'm sitting at my desk at work and my coworker in the desk next to me has a bag of chips laying on her desk that she has offered to share. Ugh my mouth is salivating with the desire to taste them! I politely said, "No Thank you." Now I really want to grab that bag and throw them in the trash! This is my first blog since my vacation. It was not a total failure I did gain 2 lbs back but now I'm back home exercising and highly motivated to keep losing because next time I go to the beach I want to wear a bikini!

    It's hard to overcome cravings when they're staring you right in the face and available to you. Can you drink some water and possibly take a walk away from the chips for a couple of minutes? Think about the great lunch you have packed and waiting that will be much more satisfying for you!

    Put something in between you and the bag so you can't see them anymore. Even if you did have some they would SO not be as satisfying as losing weight. You can do it!
