How Bad Do I Want It?

I've been struggling with motivation lately. I'm still running and eating relatively well but I can't seem to push myself to do that little "extra" bit that will make me really successful. I'm not sure why I'm okay with "good enough."

I watched a video the other night that asked "How Bad Do You Want it?". It was really inspiring and I'm hoping that it will help me to do the things I need to in order to get better and not settle for good enough. I think my bigger problem is actually that I can't seem to put my goal into concrete terms. Maybe that's where I'll start.

    I struggle with motivation too! I'm trying to set better goals (short, medium, and long). To combat the mindless eating I've been chewing sugarfree gum and trying to remember to drink more water. It amazes me how many times I'm really thristy not hungry! If you find some tips and tricks please share and we can beat the motivation monster together!!!
