Hot, Hot, Hot!

Just sayin'.......................

It's almost 7 p.m. ~ Don't think a run is in the cards tonight.....LOL!

We are all figuring out ways to stay healthy and fit when the temperatures and humidity are off the charts.

Spark is keeping me motivated to not let the weather be an excuse...............it's challenging.

My treadmill is waiting. I think I will get on it while watching the beach volleyball finals. USA vs USA. Woo Hoo!

Peace,
Leslie

I hate the dreadmill as well, but it's better than passing out in that heat! Any way you could go out early? How is your recover going?

Very smart! The weather isn't an excuse to quit, it's a challenge to continue safely!

More of the same today. When I watched my granddaughter on Monday, she normally LOVES to go outside. In the afternoon, I noticed the plants wilting in the pots outside. We went out with her Goofy in her doll stroller to water. After 5 minutes she strolled to the door, "OK, I'm done now. Let's go in!" emoticon

    YOWZA!
I bet even the pools are too warm for comfort.
Pity the poor people with no a/c.

That IS hot! I have really, really, REALLY been enjoying the temps being below 70 in the mornings for about the last week. It has been a big relief. My sweetheart (who is a touch crazy) goes out and runs even in the upper 90's. I wilt just thinking about him ... and, of course, I worry but he seems to do ok!

Nice job heading over to the treadmill ... Stay committed and emoticon

Hehe, I have no feeling for Fahrenheit, I am in celcius system where 100 degrees would be boiling point... good luck!

    YOW! That's HOT!

We had a cold front roar in about 5:00 pm; the temp dropped from 103 to 83 in about 10 minutes! Almost sweater weather, LOL.

    Stay cool, girl!
