Someone at work today asked me what my 'secret' was, because I had lost so much weight. Well, I think I still have a long way to go yet, but it was nice to hear. Still, there is no secret, and I told her that. I quit eating junk - even when I eat out (like today), I try to choose healthier options. I started moving more. I started watching my portions, and doing strength exercises, and lots and lots of walking.
(Speaking of moving, I did get in my Curves workout tonight, and I'm gearing up to throw my laundry in the machine and go for a walk while it washes).
