On the move AGAIN!

Wednesday, August 08, 2012

Well here I go again ... I'm turning into a real snail, moving my living quarters around so much! But since I am all alone in a 4 bedroom home, and I have a friend who desperately needs a home for her family - I found a really cool 2 bedroom unit to move into this weekend, so she can move into my place.

I am so excited to be moving - and am methodically packing things up, giving things away that I no longer need, and selling the more expensive things (ie brand new lawnmower). I pick up the key in half an hour and am so tempted to spend the day moving in boxes ... I think I will :) Added bonus is that its on a second level so I'm going to get a substantial workout!

It all still throws your routines into disarray, but I am really trying to be good. I had a blowout last weekend with my group ... I could not resist the sandwiches! I have no idea how many munched through. But I got up on Sunday and went for a 45 minute walk before having a 30 minute massage then jumped on the plane and flew back home to mow my lawns and start getting packing etc etc etc ...

Anyway - yesterday I found Spark Coach and I am completing the 2 week trial ... so far I really like it! Its so motivational! I am so feeling much better today, after keeping within my nutritional goals yesterday, and just getting my head in the right spcae and maintaining an optimistic perspective towards life and things one must do ... for one minute this morning I visualised standing in front of a majestic waterfall and taking in its awesomeness and energy - I'm still buzzing off that! But for now, I must go get the key to my new pad!!!

Have a majestic day!
