Donna is gone this week, so I'm on my own for workouts. I was able to weigh in this morning, but I did it after my workout, so it might have skewed it a little bit. I am PROUD to say I was under 270, so I'm 25# away from my October goal!!

I also ran 4 miles outside in the country on Saturday of last week. I probably averaged running .75 miles and then walking for a bit, but I was happy with the overall time. 3 months ago, I wouldn't have even considered walking the section.

We're doing the BodPod next week, so I'm excited to find out what my true BMI is vs. what the calculation method tells me.

    PATTERD707, I assume you already were able to find out info on the bod pod deal, but no this does not require getting wet:) My employer is bringing it in, so we can get a true BMI. Somehow it can calculate your bone densities and how much your bones, blood, etc. weigh then what is left over is what I can lose.

    If you are curious how it went, I'll check back next Monday, after I have it done.

    UPDATE: 8-13 See my latest blog about the BodPod. Really interesting info.

    Isn't that the coolest thing about exercise, that you can do things you would't normally do and feel great too? Nice!!!

    I'm going to Google BodPod--assuming it's where they dunk you for your BMI. Where do you get that done?
