8/7/12 Goal Results

My daily results from the first day of my August Goals:

Daily Goals
*Get at least 100 spark points a day = 148 pts
*Drink 12 glasses of water a day = 12 glasses
*Eat 5+ fruits and veggies a day a = 10 fruits and veggies
*Stick to what I packed to eat at work (no stress vending machine eating) = acheived, but was a big challenge yesterday, was a real fight
*Get up everyday and do 30DS = got up at 4:10 am and completed 30DS Level 1 Day 2
*Get to gym during lunch and do 15 mins cardo and 15 sculpting) = 15 mins on the upright Stationary Bike and 15 mins of arm sculpting
*Walk a minimum of 3000 steps while at work each day = battery died :(, but I know I did at least 3000

+ Did a set of 20 wall push-ups each time I took a restroom break x 5
+ New You SparkPeople Bootcamp video Day 3
+ 30 min 1.5 mile walk with kids after work
