U have a notebook i write down what I ate, what exercise I did. calories WW points.
How i felt, the wether and daily gossip stuff, appts. etc

    I agree, good mental therapy. I write down my game plan for the next day. meetings/exercises/work/chores before i go to bed.
    next day it gives me a goal. If i get it all done or most i feel like I did good.
    I like to write down gossipy stuff too. I predict what is happening. i only tell these secrect to Mrs.Pennypacker.
    Sometimes. a lot of times i am right! it is funny.

    I have journaled all my life, I love to write and it keeps me accountable, plus it helps we work our problems. I use it to track my food and it helps me, I can eat a lot more than I think! I also think it is good mental therapy. Diane emoticon
