Preparing for back to work/ school...

Spoiled rotten....that's me. Had the whole summer to exercise whenever however I wanted to and shop and cook and prepare all kinds of seasonal goodies and now I have to give up my fun and squeeze it into a work schedule. It's not just the time because I still have plenty but to regroup and make it work! I will say it again to anyone who works full time....SPOILED ROTTEN TEACHER, that's me. Planning and packing food to go, YUCK! Working out very early or after long hard day, YUCK, YUCK!

Good side - bought lots of new school clothes smaller than last year's get by size!
Worried though. Size 14's are too big in some areas and 12 's are kinda tight across the booty. XL shirts are a little loose and L shows back fat and rolls. But I went for smaller on most because I am tired of wearing saggy clothes.
Good side of summer was I lost the 14 lbs I gained pluse a few. Official summer weigh in is tomorrow.

And again, spoiled rotten...just sitting here playing on Spark in the middle of the day!

I love Spark. It is my safe place when I start to worry about food and weight issues I come here and find information, inspiration and motivation from my Spark friends!

    This is my first summer not teaching summer school. I bartended at a local country club a little, but it was nice "not working". So sad that in a few short weeks school and grad classes will start:( My goal for this school year is to get up at 4 so I can workout before school. We can do it!
