A Load of Bricks

I think this exercise thing could become addicting! After finishing the 5k Your Way Walking program, I decided to try the 5K Your Way walk/run program. I actually jogged today for the first time! I felt like I weighed 2 tons! Ha! However, it feels good mentally. I may feel like a load of bricks trying to jog down the road, but it is really empowering mentally to know that "I can do this"!

    And for SASIKHASI1 Don't despair over the running. Walking is a great thing to do for ourselves!! As for your shoulders hurting, I learned from my physical therapist that my posture was atrocious, and I've always been proud of my posture. Well, I think it used to be something to be proud of, and I know it will again. AND the work I'm now doing for that has shown me that proper posture gets rid of other aches and pains that I never connected to posture. Something to think about and look into.

    Good for you, you have a good attitude and that is so important. I do not run because it hurts my knees, and my shoulders. So I walk. I do not know why it makes my shoulders hurt, but it does.
