Day 6. Exercise

Still going strong. A co-worker last night told me I looked like I was losing weight. Two more days and I see how much for week 1. Funny how people are watching what I eat. I have one student doing a slim fast thing and she is envious over what I eat. I brought a large salad to work last night with veggies, peas, mushrooms, cucumbers, tomato,and a portabello mushroom burger...a little of everything.
Today I added exercise to the mix. I am adding it slowly. I managed 20 min today before my back started hurting. The best thing about this cleanse is that you ease into it and do what you can do. With my back and my knee, I have to go small. Swimming like I did last week is my best thing. Maybe next year Hal and I will get a pool.
PS....found a way to start out slow with 10 min exercise every other day. I usemy WII Fit. I have a habit of starting outmakingmyself do too much. This time I amg oing to start off slow.
