Well this past few weeks I've been thinking about a lot of different things. Money has been tight so i have decided I need to just drop spark live. Plus a lot of the times lately have not been working with my schedule and it's only going to get worse with the kids schooling starting back up.

I'm also stepping down from some challenges i've been doing. I love them. But some of the things i want to try don't mesh with a lot of the challenges with tracking tracking and tracking. I want to try mindful eating, worry less, and exercise to the best of my ability. (I can't over do either cause of the weight or my health problems or both). I need to refocus on myself and drop some of the responsibilities i've been doing.

I'll still be on spark I need the support here. I just can't get the overwhelmed feeling anymore.

    I understand completely how you feel! While I've been back in Maine taking care of my parents for the last year I had a really hard time doing challenges. It was just too much what with all the duties I had otherwise!

    You are doing what you need to do for you! That's great!!! We are here when you want or need us!

    Hi! Of course, you know I wish you all the best and understand your decision. But, I also must say that I will really miss you in the Live meetings -- your smiling face, humor, support, and knowledge-sharing (not to mention teaching me about CSAs) are all things that I so enjoyed and looked forward to each week.

    I hope that we stay in touch through other means here on Spark. I know you can succeed with your goals of "mindful eating, worry less, and exercise to the best of my ability". I'm ready to celebrate your successes along the way and look forward to hearing how you are doing.
