    I LOVED Marching band in Highschool (my college didnt have one). Sounds like your exercise is going good! Zumba isnt for everyone. Oh and please dont be annoyed that im leaving out apostrophes or quotations... the button is broken.

    I can never do at home videos for the exact same reason you described... I just can't push myself in the comfort of my home. There are way to many distractions and no one is there.... when I'm at a gym things are totallly different. The zumba thing may very well not be for you (I'm doing my first class tomorrow... *yeay*)... but I was told to shop around classes. Good luck!

    u are so sweet. 1st off.....don't you be hard on yourself! u be yourself and if that means saying "like" and "um" and being spacey so be it! if someone doesn't like your vlogs..they don't have to watch..it's just that simple! ;) most here will not judge so don't you worry girlie. let it roll :)
    you def have busy days but as long as you create a plan (meals and working out) it will all come together. i remember those days so i get it. so thankful i have more time in my days now, lol.
    i also wanted to comment about zumba. you def have to find what works for you but you might want to check on youtube for some routines b/c it really does make a difference when you find a routine that works for you. i currently do a one hour zumba routine that is very repetitious and not like most of the zumba workouts (created by a gal here where i live). u can check one of the dances on my vlog, lol.
    never did the 30 day shred..i'll have to check into that. :) i like the gym too but can't go do to my new move into the country. glad you get to do that when they open.
    n e who...you'll get it all figured out and once you get into a routine it will be fine. sometimes it's just the getting started that's so overwhelming.

    Yay! I'm glad you liked level one. I know that we are definitely going to be feeling the burn, tomorrow! *lol* It was the best workout that I've done in years, hands down. Afterwards, I was thinking, I have a whole new respect for those contestants on the Biggest Loser whom endured six-eight hours a day of similar high intensity workouts. It was rough for me to try and finish the half an hour. I couldn't even imagine!
