August Goals

Another month of 2012 is gone. Really don't know where the days go. Time to get back on track. July was crazy busy with vacation, work, and injuring my knees. Need to refocus and get back into my routine.

Completed My 10K Sparkpeople virtual race on Sunday. Wasn't sure if I would be able to do it since I injured my knees a week earlier. Also, I didn't get any training in the last two weeks. But I DID IT!!! No I didn't beat my initial time by much, but I beat it by 50 seconds regardless. With not training the last two weeks and running my final run not on a treadmill (that can keep a pace for you) I am proud of what I did.

I start my fall classes 4 weeks from tomorrow, so time to really focus this next month.

Month Goals
*Perfect Attendance Award for August
*Reach Level 11 (currently about 850 from level 10)
*Complete 1500 fitness minutes
*Complete Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred (fourth attempt, WILL DO IT!! Started Day 1 this morning)
*Loss 5 lbs by Labor Day (CW 140 lbs)
*Portion my breakfast, lunch, and snacks for the work week on Sundays

Daily Goals
*Get at least 100 spark points a day
*Drink 12 glasses of water a day
*Eat 5+ fruits and veggies a day
*Stick to what I packed to eat at work (no stress vending machine eating)
*Get up everyday and do 30DS
*Get to gym during lunch and do 15 mins cardo and 15 sculpting)
*Walk a minimum of 3000 steps while at work each day

GO GO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
