Marathon Training

Wow, okay so I've been completely MIA from Spark People all summer. Yikes! Life gets in the way...

So, I must say I haven't really kept up with losing any weight because I've been marathon training! So, I'm okay with that for now :)

Yesterday officially marked the halfway point in my training. It's been going really well (despite the crazy heat this summer). I'm up to 15 miles and headed for 17 next weekend. I've officially passed my longest run to date (half marathon) the last 2 weekends, so I'm feeling good about it.

I was literally traveling the entire month of July and can hardly believe we're a week into August already. Needless to say the travel has been not helping with the diet. Now that I'm back in Chicago for the next couple months, I'm ready to get back into my routine and focus more on my eating.
