Day 5, Food TV, and going strong

I am at day 5 now and going strong. Loving the fresh fruits and veggies and learning more as I go. Last night my wonderful hubby was watching a show on making ice cream. That started a powerful crave. I don't have any coconut milk ice cream in the house thankfully since I am cutting out sugar. I made a cup of decaf coffee and after the show was over, had a cup of vanilla soy yogurt with walnuts sprinkled on top. Craving was gone. Yay. Lesson learned.
Today I add some exercise to the mix. And I also have the work challenge. I tend to overeat at work. I am planning ahead with a huge salad, a peach, and a snack of gf crackers and hummus. I'm really enjoying this process and feel light and energetic.
