Insantiy Month Two- Here we come!

I made it through month one with little difficulty. I was able to wake up early (my alarm was set for 5:30) mostly because I loved the workouts so much. I felt good, and tried most of the time to go to bed at a decent hour.
Today was day one of month two, and I didn't get off to the best of starts. I was really nervous as it was, since I've heard that these workouts are TOUGH. Then, I did not get enough sleep last night, but decided to workout this AM anyway since I was looking forward to the challenge. I sat out a fair portion of the workout, but my HR monitor said that I burned over 600 calories anyway.
Hopefully I'll get to bed on time tonight and have more energy tomorrow. Now I just need to get my eating in check...

    Wow, I'm impressed! The tough workout part of the whole picture is my biggest challenge - I tend to go with walking and basic ST and figure that's enough. (Which, I realize, is why I've been on a 3 yr plateau - my own fault.)
