Getting a little help makes all the difference.

In my last blog entry I said I had 10 weeks to get ready for my son's wedding. I had changed my diet - started to eat clean and was going to call a trainerto see if he would take me on as a client. I called and he did, and juggling both of our schedules we only had about 5 weeks together. But during that time he not only worked me hard but changed and monitored my diet and let me have access to him pretty much 24/7.

I really didn't believe I would see any great change, because I have let myself down so many times, but thought I would give it a shot. What a difference having a trainer makes!!!! The wedding has come and gone and even with that short amount of time, people were commenting on how toned I looked.

Fueled by this success, I asked him to keep me on and have set a new goal for myself....achieving the weight that is on my weight watchers lifetime membership card. emoticon. Really, it's not so much the number that means so much to me, it is just something to work towards. Every day I see a difference in how my body looks and how my clothes fit. I'm slipping into things that I haven't worn in ages and I'm starting to feel my core getting stronger.

Even though I am already getting comments, I'm excited to know that I am just at the starting line. For the first time I really believe that I will succeed because I have someone to be strong when I am not.

I live in a very small town that has a gym but no trainers. I stumbled upon this guy by good fortune and am so glad that I did. If you are struggling, consider getting some help. You can go out to dinner or buy yourself a big screen T.V. but neither will give you the satisfaction that a lean, strong body will. It is worth every penny! I am loving this!
