We have a purpose even in times of trouble. There are going to be issues in our lives and we have to know God has a reason. There are going to be troubles and we have to know God wants us to stay strong in His word and cling to Him. He tells us even when we are miserable, there is a purpose and we need to continue to focus on Him. When we feel out of sorts and like all hope is lost, God is still with us and wants us to grow in strength and love by relying and depending on Him.

Ecclesiastes 8:6 “for there is a time and a way for everything, even when a person is in trouble.” (NLT)

Dear Lord, we know You have a purpose for us in all things. We know things are not always going to be easy for us and there will be troubles. But we also know there is a time and purpose for us when we have troubles. Please show us the right things to do when we are sad or disappointed or lonely or upset. Please help us to continue to be devoted to You and wait for your answer. Help us to see Your purpose and obey Your plans. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
