Day 4 Cleanse and a weight loss surprise

I just started Day 4 of my cleanse. I wasn't going to do this. I was going to wait one full week but I weighed myself this morning. After only 3 full days of the cleanse, I lost 0.2 pounds! I know it doesn't seem like much...but each 0.2 pounds adds up. I am thrilled.
This morning I had a cup of decaf and made a wonderful scrambled tofu breakfast for my hubby and I, It had cubed tofu, green pepper, red pepper,onion and,mushrooms in it. DH pronounced it "good" and he is not a tofu lover. (Neither am I but I do like this). I'll probably have a strawberry smoothie for lunch. (Silk milk, frozen strawberries and a touch of vanilla)...it is wonderful for hot summer days. For dinner, sweet potato, mixed veggies, fresh fruit. And if I want a snack.....gf crackers and hummus.
Day 4 also has meditation and visualization work which I love. So far I am totally loving this experience and am learning so much.
For those of you who worry about caffeine, you can gradually cut down by doing half caff for a week and cutting back from there or even 2/3 caff. There are modifications so you can ease into the cleanse. I decided to just jump in with both feet.
