New week = renewed effort

We begin again! I hit my 60 lbs and have been less than diligent since. I have maintained by gaining and losing two pounds for two weeks. I have eaten sugars and carbs and alcohol. My body feels toxic. I have relaxed my exercise routine. I feel lazy. I miss the energy, vitality, optimism of two weeks ago. Today marks getting back on course in earnest. eggs and spinach for breakfast, 30 minutes on the stationery bike, stretching, 75 sit-ups, 25 push-ups! Healthy eating & Regular exercise GO!
