I know I did not do a whole lot this week,but....

I was a little disappointed today after leaving the gym. I weigh- in on Saturdays and I try to do it at the same time but, today was awful. The scale says I had gained. I have been tracking food and watching pretty close so this was a real surprise.

    I know I should not look at the superficial scale but, I believe it is the quickiest way to recieve affirmation. I will take your advice along the journey.

    Try not to rely on the scale to gauge your progress - instead, think about how your clothes are fitting you and how much easier it is to do simple tasks like cleaning your house or walking up and down the stairs.

    Keep your head up, Nette! You are doing just fine. You changed your life when you made the decision to live healthy. The scale is a small indicator of the big decision that you made. emoticon Benny
