Day 3 of the 21 Day Cleanse

Yesterday had some issues. I found some triggers that raised their heads. One...my wonderful hubby eating chips. Another, although I rarely drink alcohol, driving past a bar on our way home, I had an instant crave for a cold, sugary, alcoholic beverage, The cravings didn't last long once I acknowledged them. Three days ago however, I would have gotten myself some chips and maybe have talked Hal into stopping for a drink. So today I carry on. I had some soy yogurt for breakfast. I usually have something more filling for breakfast but I woke up late. I need to go shopping for more fruits and veggies and tofu today. My lesson today for the 21 day cleanse is meditation. I love this one! Getting in touch with my body is a good thing. Happy Day everyone!
