I haven't weighed myself in weeks I'm assuming, and I was already aware I gained something. After all i wasn't using my favorite sparkpeople to track my food for a while. It turns out I did gain 5lbs. Thats within a few weeks of not tracking, and I already know i wasn't eating great foods. I could even feel my cravings starting back up again. BUT I have been drinking water.
but Why am I happy?
Because it was exactly what I needed to make sparkpeople a priotity again. I woke up today, and weighed myself, grabbed my multigrain cheerios, and came straight on spark. All I can ask is some time to get into the habit of tracking every single thing I eat. I will print out sparkpeople logos and put them on my computer and fridge.
I am also going to make this statement:
If I ever lose 110lbs with sparkpeople, I will get the logo tattooed on me. That my friends is a meaningful tattoo.! I have more to lose with sparkpeople, but thats where I am setting my goal. besides I love tattoos. =P
Wishe me luck today, and I want to let my sparkfriends know that even when i wasnt on here daily, I sure thought about yall and your journeys. I will be browsing around seeing how everyone is doing here today and so on.
