If I am exercising outside I do it as early as possible. One day this week I was out at 6:15. Since I usually just walk, I find my pace has slowed down in the heat, so today I walked at a comfortable pace and just added another loop to my walk. Ended up doing 10000 steps. 2450 days ago
I get up and walk my dogs earlier before the real hot air comes in. I also have 2 pools in the complex where I live so I go swimming and walk around in the pool. The pool gives me a great workout and I don't feel as hot. Have a great weekend! 2451 days ago
