August 4, 2012 Gained some weight, but maybe that's good?

I gained weight (again!) this weigh in, but I'm 3 weeks into BodyPump (last week was more like a 1/2 week due to my daughters' softball schedules!), but THIS time I'm thinking the weight gain is muscle mass! I can definitely see more tone in my arms (even my super critical 13yo has commented on this!) and I'm even starting to see some hints of muscle beneath the padding on my thighs! So, while I'm not thrilled with the number on the scale, I'm certainly starting to see good changes in my body!

    I have a love hate relationship with the scale. I prefer to forget the scale most of the time. I do exercise much and I too have times where I do not agree with the scale. I try to not get on the scale regular and go by how I feel in clothes and in my skin. emoticon
