Getting back on track -- AGAIN

So I hadn't tracked my food in a few weeks. I got a little overwhelmed. Reading this (
=NIKKIANA#467935 ) helped me realize why: my perfectionism gets in the way.

I'm just trying to keep up with calorie counting for awhile, then slowly add a few other good habits on. So I'm going to be in the Fast Break stage for awhile because even that is more than calorie counting.

But I have the same problem with my daily chores. I always seem to be getting on track and never making any real progress. It seems impossible for me to build any kind of habit.

And aren't these programs specifically designed for people like me? Am I helpless?

But I NEED help!
