No progress, but some progress

I am still seeing very little progress on the scale. Since starting to get serious about workouts the first week of June, I have only dropped 5 pounds. That's only like half a pound a week. I think if I weren't taking measurements and these photos, I would have given up on it. I do feel stronger, and I can see visible changes in my body even if I can't see them on the scale.

    You are doing amazing! Since I joined Curves in May, I have not lost as much as I wanted, but most was fat, which is what you are doing also!

    There is a HUGE difference. You are probably a naturally muscular build (like me) so you will build a ton of muscle and then suddenly you will see the weight just melt off. Just keep at it because for five pounds, your mid-section, shoulders and chest all look so much more trim. And your butt has lifted! emoticon
