The things you'll gain when you loose.

1. Happiness-Self explanatory! The healthier you are the happier you feel.
2. Confidence-I lacked a lot of that. At my highest weight of around 289 I felt more like the size of a pea.
3. Love-I love myself more and more everyday which is my main priority, you need to learn to love yourself before you can truly find love in life. I have yet to find real love but I am ok with that. I was always looking for a relationship because I thought it would make me happy, come to find it it never did. I settled for guys that didn't care about me only cared about what they could get from me. Really who could have loved someone who hated themselves so bad? I know now that I never have to settle for 2nd best. I deserve the best things in life.
4.Smaller clothes-I can shop in the average size section now! I remember when I use to absolutely hate trying on clothes. Dressing rooms where like scary black holes I never wanted to step into. They where hot and small and the mirror's made me cringe. You know that moment when you've tried on the biggest size you can find and it doesn't fit so it makes you feel so defeated and eventually give up? I do. Most of the time I would buy clothes without trying things on because I feared the dressing room that much. Then I'd get home only to discover half the things i bought didn't fit :/ I hated shopping with friends because most of them where smaller then me and I'd have to venture off into the no go land to find clothes that fit. Or when I'd go into a store that didn't sell plus size clothes I felt like everyone was staring and judging. "what's that fat girl doing here? We don't sell her size."
Now I am excited to shop! Every shopping trip is a size smaller :D I no longer sweat buckets when I try on clothes and last time I bought clothes I actually tried on a pair of pants in the Jr section and they where to big! I'll admit I was sort of bummed because the where only $10 lol.
5.Energy-I seem to have buckets of that lately! I sleep 8hrs a night and am running on almost a whole tank all the way up until bedtime. I can't believe I ever slept 12hrs a night lol. Thinking of doing that now almost seems impossible.
6.Health-This is ultimately the number one reason why loosing weight is important. As a woman being over weight really messes up you hormones. I'd go for months without a period and then I'd be getting it for weeks at a time. I HATED having to deal with that. It made me depressed and not want to leave the house some days. Now I get it every month on time and for the right amount of days! I'd never thought I'd be so excited to have a normal cycle lol. I also need to use the bathroom less because I don't have a ton of extra weight pushing on my insides. Oh and no more body aches!!! I'll have a few now and then but no where near what I use to before. My back hurt almost daily and now I barley have any pain! I love the feeling of being completely healthy with no aches and pains.
So really there is no down side to becoming healthy! Only thing you'll loose is lbs! and dress sizes lol
People ask me what kind of diet are you on? I say no diet just a lifestyle change and believe it or not it's been so much more easier then I had always thought. As Nike said Just do it! If I can you can ;)
