Day 1. Let the Cleanse Begin

OK. No coffee today. I am prepped with some tylenol. I made a tofu scramble for breakfast. Taking a peach and a baked potato and some peas for lunch and some hummus. Later on Soy yogurt. To drink......water. I am psyched to begin. I plan to stay away from gluten free pasta as I think I've been eating too much of it. Weighted in today....I am down 0.4 lb since the last time I weighed in 316 days ago! lol
