getting back on track!

ok, Chaos at work has subsided, family reunion is over! Eating poorly, feeling yucky! gained 2 pounds. Back to cycle one! Back to regular exercise! back o track!
I can really feel how processed food and eating too much carbs and sugars make me feel sluggish and tired all the time. I wan to get back to that energetic feeling! I will spend the next 17 days cleaning out all the crap and get back to eating good stuff and feeding my body the way it needs to be fed. I kayaked this week with the family at the lake! Loved it! Gonna have to find time for that! Foot is getting better. Hope to get on the trails again soon. Start swimming next Monday. Onward!!
