Lost the battle

Thursday, August 02, 2012

grrrrrrrrrrrr. All I have to do is move about a bit more and not shove so much food into my mouth. Why is that so difficult? Always 1 step forward 10 steps back it seems.

Oh well, I lost that battle, but I've not lost the war. weight target reset. Virtual slap upside the head and hopefully the next battle I'll win. Starts today. Today's goals: stay under 1500 calories and walk a mile home from work depending on weather.

Going to make myself accountable for the next 7 days. EVERYTHING on the food tracker, and a self-review each day to see how I did.

I WILL get a 30" waist.

Lighten up a little. This is serious, but not if you beat up on yourself. Relax and try to have fun with the process. Stressing causes weight gain.

A 30" waist is one of my goals too, try putting everything you might eat, into your tracker in the morning, removing anything unearen later. Get yourself under the maximum calorie limit, then stick to it.
