Lost the battle

grrrrrrrrrrrr. All I have to do is move about a bit more and not shove so much food into my mouth. Why is that so difficult? Always 1 step forward 10 steps back it seems.
Oh well, I lost that battle, but I've not lost the war. weight target reset. Virtual slap upside the head and hopefully the next battle I'll win. Starts today. Today's goals: stay under 1500 calories and walk a mile home from work depending on weather.
Going to make myself accountable for the next 7 days. EVERYTHING on the food tracker, and a self-review each day to see how I did.
I WILL get a 30" waist.
