Today is the frist day of aug. If you read my last blog i told what my plans were for the month. I got on the scale. i lost 1lb in a week so my starting weight for this month is 144lbs. My goal weight on aug 30th is 139-138lbs. I did drink my 8 glasses of water today. Me and my boyfriend walks about 2ks everyday so we said we will start walking 3ks then up it to 4ks then 5ks by the end of the month. We also did a little bit of jogging the other day but we were so out of breath after about a minute. I will really need to work on that one. So that is where i am at this point of my plans. Hope everyone is doing good.
