WillPower, Strength and Lastly Determination

Wednesday, August 01, 2012

My mom and sister came to stay with me at my farm for 3 days. My sister is a heavy smoker ugh. My mom bought pizza for supper . So here i am having low fat soup for supper while everyone else is having pizza. I realize that it wouldn't hurt me to have one piece , but the problem with me, as i don't think i would be satisfied with just one..LOL.. i could eat the whole darn thing!! I have a problem with binge eating.

I am just over two months smoke free and well my sister drives me nuts with her smoking although thankfully she smokes outside. Right now i am feeling just the tiniest, littliest, teeniest DEPRIVED!!! LMAO.

A chick has too complain and bitch sometime...Hmmm no bad food, no smoking, pretty soon someone will tell me sex causes weight gain!!!! Anyways on the bright side, hee hee, i am happy that i am handling the company not too bad and will use my strength and determination, that had previously helped me lose over 90 pounds already, to succeed and move onwards to another day.

For the record, yes -- sex does cause weight gain. Every time I lost lots of weight, I'd get pregnant. It became a joke between my hubby and me that his exercise program never helped me lose a pound.

I don't think you're complaining too much. If you're trying to eat healthy, your visiting family should try their best to respect your food choices and not put temptation in your way. It's only three days, then they can go back to their regular eating habits.

At least your sister smokes ex-smoker is much worse than a non-smoker as far as how much smoke smell bothers you.

You have done GREAT so far (90 pounds, woo hoo!!) and you won't regret your decision to continue eating healthy today.
