I just hit 10,000 Sparkpoints! Earlier in the week, I went for my diabetes check up with my doctor.
I had, of course, lost weight since my last visit. He was thrilled at my AIC. (Sugar for the last three months). It was 6 (Canadian numbers). Normal!! My good cholesterol was high and my bad very low.
I have lost 2 inches everywhere, hips, waist, thigh, etc. and am down two dress sizes, sometimes three depending on the make. My bathing suit has gone from size 24 to size 18.
I'm doing at least an hour a day of cardio exercise. I have crossed 13,000 exercise minutes!
Still working at keeping the calories down. Much improvement but overeating can't be cured in a day.
