Day 2 - More recipes and Goal Charts!

Another successful day. Not feeling deprived or hungry with the food choices I am making - exciting meals, and foods that keep me full and energized!
Tried another salad from the SparkPeople Cookbook tonight! Was the crunchy chicken salad, however I made it as a side with just the romaine, granny smith apple, celery, graped and dressing without the poppy seeds since I had none! Came out delicious as a side to turkey burgers. Yum!
Also, tonight I took a huge bristol board poster, and made a huge chart from today until my 25th birthday, which will be August 10th 2013. The chart gives me a weekly goal of 1.5 pounds on average to aim for every week until that birthday. If I maintain and overall average of 1.5 pounds per week throughout the next 54 weeks, I will be at 175 pounds (down 81 pounds from my current 256, and down 105 from my heighest weight which was 280)!
