My August 2012 Goals

1. Remember to take my blood pressure medicine everyday.

2. 1 serving of orange vegetables or fruit at least 3 times a week.

3. 2 fruit and 3 vegetables at least 5 days a week

4. Get at least 7 hours of sleep at least 5 nights a week.

5. 10 mins of meditation everyday
