July 30th - Measurement day

Measurement day today, went pretty well. I lost inches in places I wanted to and gained in places I want to gain. The only part that has been a little disappointing is that my weight is holding steady.
I ran 4 miles at 5.5mph at no incline for the first time ever, that I can remember anyhow. I think I could have kept going, but I had some things going on
I did visit with our work fitness coordinator and we are going to be doing the bodpod analysis in mid-Aug, which will be good. She said that it's very possible I need to start eating more and getting more protein because of the amount of exercise I am getting now. My body could be eating lean muscle mass.
I plan to look at taking in more protein in an attempt to see if it matters.
