Agree with Naolee....It depends on what types of foods/ spices you like...tofu on its own is a bland tasting 'sponge' that will absorb the flavors you cook it with...experimentation is fun and tofu is relatively inexpensive...my motto is I can eat anything ONCE...some of my experiments become family favorites...others, the dog even turns her nose at! LOL... 2176 days ago
Hi: First you have to know what is tofu; it's also called bean curd, is a food made by coagulating soy milk and then pressing the resulting curds into soft white blocks. You can find a lot recipes in the internet. You'll find recipes here of Tofu. I'm Hispanic and we prepare food different to other cultures or every culture prepare the food different because we are looking for different tastes. I can tell you to buy some Tofu and try a recipe here. For me taste good; but the difference is how you prepare the main ingredient. Buy it and try it with one of the recipes here. I hope you like it. 2177 days ago
