It's the beginning of Week 2! Still way into it. I will be doing a video a week to keep for posterity and keep anyone who is interested informed. The PDXers are keeping up as well. My brother says it's killing him but he likes it. Haven't heard from my sister-in-law yet. I threatened to discuss diet this week :)

I did a Spinning class and yoga yesterday and I am feeling the lack of a rest day. I usually go to a yoga class tonight that my boyfriend teaches but I think I am going to sit this one out. My knee is a little tender and my energy level is very low. Good food today, go to bed early, try to recover a bit. It's very like me to overdo it so I am trying to keep things a bit more in perspective.

I am waiting on word of a new job that will put me in an office near full-time. It's a wonderful opportunity and pays a laughably high salary but I am nervous as to how it will effect my schedule. Coincidentally it's for a health insurance company that rewards members, monetarily, for positive changes in their health. The company spoke to me, it seems very meant to be. I will keep you posted.

OH here are progress pics. I have decided I owe myself at least one semi-flattering pic each day so I don't feel like a schlub! I am enjoying posting my progress and the words of encouragement. I am excited that I will have a digest of my progress to refer back to.
