I Want to Run Naked!

I do. You know what I mean...those women who can wear those tiny bra tops and the short blowin-in-the-wind running shorts. It must be akin to feeling naked. I'm still not too comfortable in shorts and sleeveless shirts. But, I have to stay cool. emoticon

It was 90+ degrees outside by the time I could go for a walk/run. I went 2 miles by noon...I know, not ideal, but it was the only time I could go. I held my own, except for the bathroom break...ugh...it's hard being a girl.

As I was running around the trail, it dawned on me how nice it would be if I felt less fabric. I was envious of those with body-confidence. I rarely see those people except on magazine ads.

    ROFL I know just how you feel. I don't think I'll ever have the confidence to wear a sleeveless top of show my belly no matter if I were to lose down to a "normal" size. Too much shaking going on there..

    I sort of feel that way too! But we just have to keep working at OUR body until we feel comfortable! It is one of my motivators! Instead of looking at all these pictures and feeling down, feel awesome, because someday (or even now) you will be able to do it too!! I told myself I will start wearing skimpier work out clothes once I am at 230, and that is still big! But I will do it and feel great about it because of how far I have already come!!!

    I wear a tank top and tiny running shorts now and I'm still hot. I would love to get to the point where my stomach is flat enough that I'm just running around in sports bra(and bikini tops.)

    Hehe! The title of this. . . I've seen some women like that around here, and I have to admit I'm a bit envious. . . It'd be nice to be able to run around nearly naked. I wear a sleeveless exercise tee when I can, but with right-below-the-knees capris. No confidence for regular shorts yet. Besides, they'd probably just bunch up between my thighs at this point. No, thanks. I'll pass (for now).

    2 miles in 90+ degrees is IMPRESSIVE! Oooph. I didn't get out til later today and was suffering through 84 degrees. I don't think I'd dare to go out at 90+. Wow.

    Anyway, good for you and one day we'll get there!

    First of all LOVE the title of this blog. Me too!! Secondly We have those girls around here. I have a serious case of clothing/body envy LOL. Even if I was smaller I still wear two sports bras. Why? Cus you know the girls aren't little even when I was. However don't ya feel great after you run anyway clothing be damned? Good for you and running you do. emoticon
