i'm sorry your dealing with a stuck scale...that's the worse! i love that you aren't giving up though. its easy to let those kind of things get us down but way to press through!! i think you sticking closer to 1200 cals will get you some results. most of my days are at about that if not a little less but i really do eat tons. it's just lots of fruits and veggies. you'll get pass this hump and i've been told a thousand times it's good to mix your weeks up a bit. :) i love the mad scientist laugh..lol!! love it! thanks for noticing my kitchen too. i love it here..the move is a great thing. n e way...hang in there. u really are doing great!!
I missed you too! You really are a great motivator! I saw your kitchen in your vlog, looks cute! Yeah, great beginning but don't know why, the scale sticks to 177.2... so yesterday, I had my revenge, mouahaha. (lol) I ate! yeah..the move was nuts! took us 7 hours to haul everything back and forth. my new house looked like we were horders when everything was in here packed up, lol. took me a couple days but i got it all done (well, still need to work on the basement)! i couldn't stop did i did though...just how i am. :) my food for a couple days was kinda rough too so i'm hoping i pull a good weigh in tomorrow.
