My plans for aug is.

>To lose 5-6lbs
>To be able to walk 5k
>To start jogging (high school was the last time i jogged)
>To make sure i drink 8 classes of water

I hope i can do good on these goals. I will blog to let everyone know if i do stay with these goals.
