I have conquered not smoking for almost 5 months now. emoticon
Summer is such a motivator to get you going. I feel like I just want to be out doing stuff. My husband and I took up playing badminton. We are also scoping out local hiking trails.
I am starting to move more, and feel great.
Now to start eating healthier. Pizza and I are best friends.. I have to end that friendship to get ahead. lol
wish me luck!

    I love pizza! What I do for a low-cal alternative is use an english muffin (cut in 1/2, so 2 pieces) or a whole wheat pita, and put like 1/4 cup tomato sauce on it, 2T of mozzarella cheese, and fill it with veggies like onions, red pepper, mushrooms, etc. I add turkey pepperoni if I have it, too. The whole pizza is typically like 300 calories or less, and definitely hits the pizza-craving spot. emoticon
