yes.....i agree with everyones comments, July was not a good month at all! And the first few days of august truly has been the worst for me, but I am excited to get back on track and get back into a semi routine! You look great and seem to be in good spirits you rock! Next year we are gonna be significantly thinner and healthier! YAY!

You are such a doll. July has just kinda gone by in a blur for me, and I am excited it's a new month lol. Being away from spark for a week really made me miss all of you even more and see how important you guys are in me staying on track and doing this. It is so easy to just say "no one cares if I eat all this crap" or "no one cares if I lose this weight", but having you guys keeps me accountable. If it wasn't for this place I would not have kept off any amount of weight.

That is HUGE that you guys didn't eat out. It would have been so easy to do but you guys didn't do that and that proves to me you are totally going to rock August. :D

I've over messes and cleaning too! My kids are 4 and 6....it doesn't get better!! AH! Hence I'm procrastinating playing on sparkpeople LOL. Every mommy needs some time to herself!! I'm in GA TOO!! It's hot, but I give that as my excuse to go swim or atleast lay in the pool LOL!! Glad to have encouragement from you too!!
